Where do you pick us up?
Right in central Albufeira — your hotel, apartment, or any meeting point. Just give us the address when booking. We'll be there 5 min before the start.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine, the canvas top stays on and you stay dry. If it's pouring, we'll reschedule to another day at no extra cost — your booking stays valid.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes — minimum age is 4 years. Kids absolutely love the bumpy bits and splashing through streams. Booster seats available on request. 25€ per child under 15.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just sunscreen, a hat or sunglasses, and a towel if you fancy a swim at the waterfall. Comfortable clothes and closed shoes recommended. We'll handle everything else.
Can we eat or drink during the tour?
Yes! We provide a glass of wine (or juice for the kids) at the viewpoint stop. Bring your own water for the ride to stay hydrated.
How fit do I need to be?
No fitness required at all. Just sitting and enjoying the ride. Some easy walking at stops if you want to explore — totally optional.
Cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24h before the trip — full refund, no questions asked. After that, we offer to reschedule to any other available date.
